Hot chocolate time! A mother and daughter decide to take a little detour after time in the playground to step in from the cold and heat up in this gorgeous little cafe, the former Gate Lodge, at the entrance to the lovely People's Park, Waterford City.
Lovely Victorian features have been preserved inside and there is always a scramble to get one of the two bay window seats.
Never have I seen such an array of delicious pastries in all my travels. And the coffee is top notch too!
