This is a vibrant acrylic painting featuring the hustle and bustle of opening night around the lovely pedestrianised area at the Gaiety Theatre on South King Street, Dublin.
This wonderful old style theatre has entertained Dubliners since it opened in 1871 and is especially famous for its Christmas pantomime.
On the left is Sinnott's Bar where some people go for their pre-show drinks.
