Killiney Hill View, Dalkey, Dublin - 981
A watercolour painting with a splendid view of Sorrento Terrace and Dalkey Island, from the vantage point of The Pyramid on Killiney Hill. The Pyramid was built in 1852 by Robert Warren, the then owner of the Killiney estate. Some locals refer to the it as the “Wishing Stone”. Legend has it that your wish will come true if you circle all levels on the pyramid, climb the uppermost pinnacle and while looking towards St. Begnet’s Oratory on Dalkey Island speak your wish. Havn't tried it ... yet.

Really happy with the print I ordered. It's very high quality and beautifully framed. Dispatched the next day too. Bought it as an engagement gift and the couple were delighted!
Amazing photo, Christmas gift for my father. He was over the moon with it.
I purchased Killiney Hill View as a Christmas gift for my brother who lives in Dubai as it captures a scene that is so familiar to us. As children we spent most Sunday's up Killiney Hill so I knew he would appreciate the sentiment and the nod to home - another fantastic print from Chris!
I was very impressed with the quick turnaround time in delivering this piece to me, particularly in the festive period. Print itself is beautifully created; a wonderful view to have captured so intricately.
Got this paining as a gift for my parents anniversary. They loved it, it arrived within 2 days as well, very happy with the purchase
