A colourful 12x10 inch canvas acrylic painting of a view of the Clock Tower and Fountain landmark that sits on Meagher's Quay by the River Suir, Waterford. Originally known as the Fountain Clock, it was erected in 1863 when Waterford had the distinction of being Ireland's most active port, trading with hundreds of others around the globe. The fountain troughs on each side were used to water the horses that worked at the dockside.
