In the unfortunate case of goods becoming broken or damaged in transit, or that the goods don't meet reasonable expectation, I will offer the choice of either a replacement or a full refund including any delivery costs incurred.
While I am more than happy to help if you wish to return goods that are not faulty or damaged, you would be responsible for any costs incurred in returning said goods.
