A collection of limited edition art prints of O’Connell Street and O’Connell Bridge in Dublin, capturing one of the city’s busiest and most recognisable areas. These paintings reflect the movement, scale and atmosphere of this central part of the city.
Many of the works are set on wet evenings, where streetlamps, shopfronts, buses and passing traffic cast warm light across the scene. Reflections on the street surface create a dynamic interplay between light and shadow, colour and contrast.
The result is a balance between warm and cool tones, with shifting light bringing energy and depth that I have tried to capture with paint on the canvas in each composition.
