Three Men in a Currach, West of Ireland - 1015
A watercolour seascape of three men rowing a currach wooden boat. These wooden framed boats, unique to the western and southern Irish seaboard, once used animal skins stretched around the frame but now use canvas. On the southern coasts they are also known as 'Naomhogs'.
