College Green, Dublin - 220

Limited Edition Print

  • €105.00 (Incl. VAT)

A painting of College Green, Dublin looking towards O'Connell Bridge, taking in Trinity College on the right and the old Bank of Ireland building on the left, which was formerly the seat of the Irish Parliament until 1802 when it was abolished under the Act of Union. The building dates back to 1729 and one of its unique features is its lack of windows on the front of the building.

College Greens' original name was Hoggen Green, named by the early Viking invaders, which means mound in Old Norse.

This painting is available as a Limited Edition run of 200 prints using Epson Archival inks on supreme quality Hahnemuhle Traditional Fine Art paper. See dropdown menu above to see size, price and framing options.

College Green

Bought College Green (220) recently for a newly built extension. We wanted something that had relevance to our lives in Dublin but that was not too ubiquitous. This matched our ideas very well and is very nicely painted by Chris with lots of interest points. Chris delivered the painting very promptly, perfectly ready for hanging. We would have loved to have a chat over Tea/Coffee - maybe next time Covid permitting. C&C

Ireland Ireland

Beautiful Art Work

I bought several works as gifts for friends from abroad who at one point had lived in Ireland. Memorable coastal and Cityscapes that were the perfect reminder of their time in Ireland. The gifts were warmly received both for their nostalgia and for their beauty.
