Unframed prints come in a double mount with backing board in a sealed cellophane display bag so that all that is needed is the glass and outer moulding.

They can also be shipped with just the protected print itself rolled up in a heavy cardboard tube if preferred. Just drop me a message if so.

Chris :-)

A colourful print of an acrylic painting of a view of the Clock Tower and Fountain landmark that sits on Meagher's Quay by the River Suir, Waterford. Originally known as the Fountain Clock, it was erected in 1863 when Waterford had the distinction of being Ireland's most active port, trading with hundreds of others around the globe. The fountain troughs on each side were used to water the horses that worked at the dockside.

The Granville Hotel is one of the oldest in the country, dating back to the early 18th century and was owned by a Thomas Meagher whose son Thomas Francis Meagher was a Brigadier General during the American Civil War and was later elected Governor of Montana. It was he who created the Irish Tricolour flag (modelled on the French tricolour), which was first hoisted aloft in Waterford City in 1848.
